I offer fresh and never frozen cookie dough, and while I strive to maintain accuracy in my product descriptions, please understand that variations may occur due to the nature of handmade goods. ### 3. Ordering Process - To place an order, customers must fill out the order form available on my website or contact me directly via email, phone, social media dms, or through my website. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. All orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. I may limit the number of orders accepted during peak times to ensure quality. ### 4. Pricing and Payment - Prices for cookies are as stated on the price list on the website prior to ordering. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering when paying via PayPal and Venmo. If paying via cash, balance is due upon exchange of goods. All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued after payment is received. ### 5. Final Sales - Due to the perishable nature of my product, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. If an error occurs on my part with your order (incorrect item, missing item), please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly. ### 6. Pick-Up and Delivery - Customers can choose to pick up their orders from an agreed upon location or request local delivery, depending on availability. For pick-up, I will notify you of a designated pick-up time to ensure that your cookies are fresh and ready. Please ensure you meet the pick-up time; I cannot guarantee the quality of cookies left beyond this time. ### 7.
